A cozy, bright and fresh house on the owner's plot. The house is located in a quiet residential area with convenient distance to the beach. Here you have wonderful walking and cycling paths both to the tennis metropolis Båstad and all the Bjäre Peninsula's excursion destinations. On the annex's terrace you enjoy sunny days and balmy barbecue evenings. Perfect for the little family or golf friends. At the entrance to the cottage you enter a small hall. Further in you have the well-equipped kitchen and then in the middle of the cottage there is a living room with dining area and seating and a modern TV with chromecast. The cottage has free wifi. The bedroom has two single beds and the fully tiled bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. A steep staircase leads up to the sleeping loft which has two single beds. The terrace at the entrance has comfortable outdoor furniture and barbecue. From your cottage you are close to everything that the Bjäre Peninsula and the attractive Halland coast offer. The beach stretches from central Båstad to Mellbystrand. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. A short distance away is the train station. There are also gyms and paddle tennis courts. Discover the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Discover Båstad's lovely harbor area and pay a visit to the cold bath house. There are nice bike paths both to Båstad and to Skummeslövstrand. Just north of Båstad are Norrviken's gardens, a popular destination. To Laholm you only have a short drive. Laholm has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here, Lagan winds around the city and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. Fishing is also available in the nearby Stensån and in Öresjön. Fishing license required. In winter, you have Vallåsen's ski resort a short drive away. On Hallandsåsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad smith, its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all golf courses.
