This penthouse is wonderful and unique, featuring sea views, air conditioning, and is located right on the beachfront. It's very quiet and spacious, with 85 sq. meters of interior space plus 85 sq. meters divided into three terraces with views of both the sea and the mountains, offering sun and shade all day. The penthouse is very airy and bright, situated in a textile development with direct beach access. It includes 4 communal swimming pools and low-rise buildings as 70% of the outdoor area consists of landscaped gardens and walkways. The complex has direct access to Vera beach, replete with paths for walking, biking, and beach bars right on the sand. Located in a residential area amidst nature, it's perfect for outdoor activities and sports, with typical local restaurants nearby and close to picturesque villages like Mojácar, stunning and wild beaches, deserted coves, and the area of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.
