What a fantastic house! All the little homely essentials that you need. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the country.
The house is clean and beautifully laid out, my friends and I had a fabulous time there.

About the host
Hosted by Matt Hill
We bought Woodbury at auction six years ago and have completely renovated the once dilapidated property. Our two boys have now left home (almost!) and so we have a lovely home that needs to be used and enjoyed. The setting is stunning and we thoroughly enjoy hosting dinner parties for our friends and family.
Why they chose this property
The views are stunning! We back on to 500 acres of woodland, filled with oak trees, deer and every type of bird you can imagine. The front of the house looks across the village of Dodford - a small and tranquil village. To our south we look over the distant Malvern hills. The garden surrounds the house and covers around 1 acre including lawns, an orchard and a tree lined paddock. A Summer House forms a versatile and practical outdoor facility (it can be used for a home office if you have work to do) and has a covered seating area - great for evening drinks or lunchtime snacks. The hot tub is without out doubt our favourite area! It's set within a sunken terrace and overlooks the woodland - an evening outside gazing up at the stars is very special. We thought that we would get far more use from a bar and so converted the old gardening room into the 'Potting Shed Bar'.
What makes this property unique
The setting boasts stunning views over the local woodlands and the distant Malvern Hills. A peaceful setting that is ideal for family events and get-togethers for friends. The outdoor hot tub is an absolute favourite with guests all year round and the adjacent outdoor bar makes the whole outdoor area practical and enjoyable. Every room has been carefully styled to provide a homely, comfortable and personal feel.
