Perfect stay

We didn’t want to leave. The best property we have stayed in. Joy was the perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed, including a welcome breakfast basket. The accomodation was impeccably decorated and the property was stunning. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a home away from home in an amazing location.

Excellent country home!

We had a fabulous stay at Wormhill hall. The host was excellent and very attentive. We loved the little touches such as the little welcome basket of fresh bread, eggs and chocolates. The apartment was very homely and we really enjoyed lighting up the fire one evening! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful - but

There was nothing we could fault about the apartment and our hosts, but there was one small but irritating exception. The apartment above seemed to contain “mice wearing clogs”. There seemed to be an incessant heavy footed running and walking which became more irritating as time went on. Apart from that irritation, we could not have hoped for more.

Delightful Wormhill Hall

What a superb little find. The old Brew House of Wormhill Hall has been tastefully transformed into a delightful little BnB accommodation. Very comfortable lounge with wood burner, and a cosy kitchen with a welcome pack of provisions. Handily placed for surrounding walks, and umpteen great pubs within 4 mile radius. Meeting our host Joy with her horses was a true delight. Definitely a place on my list of favourites.

Perfect

Just what we wanted; lovely, cosy place, convenient for all the things we wanted to do and see & simple and beautiful. We loved it: the owner was really helpful as well. I'd like to go back again!

Great property in a lovely location

Just spent a lovely 4 night break in this lovely property with my son. The apartment is part of an old manor house so has lots of character. Inside is comfortable with lots of modern home comforts and is very welcoming. Joy who manages the property was really helpful from booking to arrival and was always on hand for anything we needed. Whether it was information about the apartment or some useful recommendations for walks or things to do locally. Phone signal wasn't great on my network (Vodafone) but the WiFi was very good so it wasn't a problem! Wormhill is a good location for accessing much of what the peaks has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. I hope to return again one day myself!
