Holiday House "Ivanka" is a ground floor house of 103 m2 located on a large plot of 7000 m2 in a quiet location in Rovinjsko selo village only 6 km from the beautiful town and beaches in Rovinj. The capacity of the house is 4 + 1 persons, ideal for a family or 2 couples.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower (each 4 m2 in size), kitchen, living room which is air conditioned and a large terrace which is covered with 30 m2. The terrace overlooks the pool and the large yard. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs.
One bathroom has a washing machine and a hairdryer.
One room of 13 m2 has its own bathroom, the other room is 10 m2.
The house has free wifi and satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine.
The house has an outdoor wood grill. We have table tennis too.
In the yard there is a swimming pool 8 × 4 m2 with a large sunbathing area which is equipped with deck chairs and garden furniture.
The children are welcome.
The house has several parking spaces.
