It has an elevator, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, balcony, alarm, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, 1 television. The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The house is located 60 m from the Autobus bus station, 180 m from the Poble Sec (l3) metro station, 600 m from the Arenas / Arena's Mall supermarket, 2 km from the Sants Estacio train station , 4 km from Playa de la Barceloneta / Barceloneta's Beach, 14 km from El Prat airport, 103 km from PortAventura World amusement park / theme park. The house is located in the center of the city.
This apartment is located in one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Avenida Paral·lel. From the end of the 19th century until 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls or theatres such as Teatro Condal, el Teatro Victoria and el Teatro Apolo, which are still doing shows. “The Catalan Broadway” is full of charm and though it is not the same as it was before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and animations.
The Paral·lel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, nightclubs and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural scene.

-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.
- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
