Seaside two bedroom flat with parking opposite path onto beach
Sandy Bay (named after my favourite holiday destination as a child) with french windows to a sunny little deck to sit out on at the back and also to a balcony at the front is a two bedroom flat on the ground floor of an Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short footpath straight onto the beach. It has its own dedicated parking space. there are wonderful walks in the Purbeck Hills, a steam railway, a safe sandy beach with a couple of jolly beach cafes and in the hotel opposite us is an inexpensive gym sauna plunge pool and jacusi.
We also have, on the same premises a Garden Room (listed on Airbnb) as "The Sands Vegetarian Self catering" It sleeps three, also has parking and use of garden. Please phone Annie on 07702 183766 if you are interested in booking both properties

A delightful property tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and furnishings. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Very close to the beach and town.
We had a lovely stay in this very conveniently located and extremely comfortable property. We parked right outside the French windows so unpacking/packing the car was extremely easy! The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was excellent. We certainly hope to return!
A really lovely flat, well equipped for all our needs and so close to the beach. The weather was glorious which was a bonus. Will definitely book again.

We’ve had once again a lovely quiet stay at Annie’s place. It’s ideal for just Parking up and enjoying Swanage. Annie’s place is so lovely it has everything you need after a long day of wandering around a nice soak in the bath a good film then off to bed. The beds are really comfortable with very nice bedding. The property was lovely, very clean and very well equipped. The location is great with the beach only a very short walk away, and only a couple of minutes drive to Swanage Town centre. Our host Annie was brilliant and made sure all the relevant information was provided to us in plenty of time for our stay, and was always available to help us if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Swanage, we couldn't fault any aspect of our stay here, and would definitely stay here again.
This was a lovely and well equipped property. The lounge/diner/kitchen was a little cramped for us personally, although the main bedroom was very spacious, but it’s very near the beach & a good walk into the main Swanage town, which we loved. Annie was very helpful when we had an issue with the TV & it was resolved very quickly.
Lovely stay very central for a number of tourist places. The beach is superb and we were lucky to have a beautiful week of sunny hot weather.
Swanage Town was delightful with lots of varied shops or to sit and watch the world go by.
