The Oddicombe Hall Flat 2 offers delightful views over the Sea and Babbacombe Downs.  It is a three bedroom apartment with private a parking space. All lounge-diner windows overlook the historic Babbacombe Downs. It is close to Babbacombe Cliff Railway, Model Village and Bygones, and with less than a 5 minute walk you will find cosy local cafes and pubs.

Beds : 4  beds (1 King, 2 Singles, 1 Double) ( please note the double room does not have a window, natural light enters the room from a Skypod, the Skypod does not give the room ventilation)
Rooms : open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, WC, three bedrooms all with en-suite wet rooms, shower)
Kitchen & utilities : Electric 4 ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, under counter fridge small ice box freezer compartment. Utility room with washing machine and table top freezer.
Entertainment : smart TV / Freeview)
Outside: A private, enclosed garden and patio area with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining and the sea view (accessed via 8 steps from the back door of the property)
Parking : private parking for 1 car in driveway
General : (WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided, non-smoking)
Pets : 2 pets welcome
Note : Double bedroom has no windows, but has sky pod light. For holidays outside of peak season better prices for smaller groups and couples, please enquire.
Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable  with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. 

You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £30 per pet per week). Please contact the holiday cottage agency directly after booking to arrange.

Only shortcoming , no coffee machine . Need to supply salt , pepper , some staples to get started . Brochures about area
