This property boasts scenic views over the estuary and the rolling hills out in to open water. Sleeping 4 across 2 spacious bedrooms this newly refurbished apartment has an open plan, well equipped Kitchen/Living room where you will find a large leather Sofa and Smart TV and bean bag. There is an enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy far reaching over Salcombes sparkling townscape

Kitchen and Utilities:  Electric oven, 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. 
Entertainment:  42" Smart TV with freeview, Blu-ray player.  
Outside:  A large enclosed private patio is available. Garden furniture is provided. 
Parking:  Long stay pay & display parking is available at Creek car park
General:  WiFi Provided. No Smoking. Heating and Electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). 
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
