This detached lodge is located amid beautiful Devon countryside within the grounds of the owners own home.  One of only 3 properties(two properties only sleep 2) with shared use of covered heated swimming pool, and meadow with wildlife pond this is a wonderful location for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of life.  Just a mile from a famous fisherman's inn serving food in the nearby village of Sheepwash and only 5 miles from the small market town of Hatherleigh. The lodge offers a comfortable open plan living area with small woodburner ideal for cosy evenings in and the large kitchen provides all you will need for preparing meals and includes a breakfast bar for dining.  With 3 bedrooms and flexible sleeping the lodge is ideal for couples, friends or families looking for a rural location with facilities. The surrounding countryside is know as 'Ruby Country' a beautiful and tranquil landscape offering character villages, historic market towns and with a multitude of footpaths, bridal ways and cycle paths to allow you to explore and experience the heart of Devon's countryside.

Shared use of washing machine in utility area.  Rooms:3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and basin, Open plan living, dining and kitchen Beds: Kingsize bed (1), Single, Single with pull out additional single bed for alternative sleeping only Other: Linen and towels provided. No cot is provided. Property does not accept children under the age of 3 years Outdoors: Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool(available May to September 9am - 7pm) for guests only and large terrace. 2 Private decked patio areas(one off entrance and one off double bedroom) and visitors are welcome to visit wildlife pond within the grounds - Please note:  “Swimming pool - as a condition of the owner’s insurance, the use of the pool is at the user’s risk and subject to the published safety rules at the site”. Please bring your own beach towels for the swimming pool.
