Welcome to a fantastic house on northern Orust on the outskirts of charming Slussen with a seafront and peaceful location! The house is architect-designed and built in 2019, without right angles, in different levels and exciting material choices. Also decorated with good feel and taste. A perfect house for a family or party that wants the "little extra". Here you will enjoy yourself! You live on a spacious plot with a nice view of the area. The plot is also in different levels with a lawn below the house that is suitable for play and games and gravel closest to the house and a concrete terrace. Here the silence is far from traffic noise and noise. The house has an open floor plan and high ceilings that provide extra space. Combined kitchen / living room with nice dining area and sofa bed for two and stove for chilly evenings. Modern Apple screen with guest login to access the Internet and free TV channels or if you have your own subscriptions. A larger double room and two smaller "sleeping berths" where one has a bunk bed and the other a loft bed. Tasteful fully tiled bathroom with both bath and shower and combined washer / dryer. Lovely terrace where you can enjoy the view of the area and the nature around you. Here you can serve a good meal with a drink and just relax. There is also outdoor furniture at the front of the house so you can choose whether you want to follow the sun's path in the sky or sit in the shade on hot days. There are nice hiking trails in the area and plenty of both berries and mushrooms in late summer. Also good chances to see small game and moose pass. In about 2 km walk you reach the charming Slussen's nice bathing place with jumping tower, jetty, cliffs. At Slussen guest house there is also a small sandy beach. The guest house has a well-attended restaurant and also world-class musical entertainment. Do not miss a visit here! Kiosk with the most necessary is in the community, otherwise you have 11 km to all service and trade in the service town Henån, which also arranges many events during the summer. If you would rather swim in fresh water, you have about 1 km to Höggeröd lake. Convenient driving distance to many fine archipelago communities in the immediate area. Feel free to visit the genuine islands Gullholmen or Käringön where you can enjoy the sea delicacies at the local restaurants. In the middle of Orust is the shopping paradise Göksäter where you can find everything between heaven and earth. At Orust there are opportunities for many activities for both large and small, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, golf or just enjoy a cooling swim in the sea. Nöjesstaden Göteborg 80 km.
