These enviable sights can be enjoyed from the stylish open plan kitchen/living area and en suite king bedroom on the first floor, as well as the large private balcony with glass balustrade and comfy corner seating. A further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can be found on the ground floor where an enclosed lawned garden with patio area and picnic bench also awaits you. The bustling centre and sandy beaches of Abersoch are a short walk from the property and there's an abundance of local amenities and activities to enjoy. The Llyn Coastal Path also runs through Abersoch and there are some fantastic days out to be had across this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, including Glasfryn Parc, Funland Pwllheli, Plas yn Rhiw and Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw Gallery.

Rooms: Ground floor: Superking bedroom (can be made into twin room on request, king bedroom, twin bedroom, shower room, bathroom and utility cupboard. First Floor: Open plan kitchen/living area with breath-taking sea views and a king bedroom with en suite shower room. 
Kitchen and utilities:  Fully-fitted kitchen with induction hob, fan oven, integrated larder fridge/freezer, dishwasher ( with quick wash facility), wine cooler, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster, cooler bag and ice blocks. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. 
Entertainment: Smart TV in living area and board games in sideboard. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside:  Large balcony leading from dining area with comfy corner sofa and glass infinity balustrade to give uninterrupted views out across the sea and towards St Tudwal's island. Secure and sunny south facing garden to the rear with patio, large picnic bench and lawned area. Fruit trees and herbs - including mint for your Pimms! Double glass doors lead to the garage where you can store buggies, boats or bikes etc. Outside taps at the front and back of the house for rinsing sandy toes and beach equipment. 
General: Heating and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided. Hairdryers not provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, sponge, fairy liquid and Prosecco. 
Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 cars.
