A lovely barn conversion for a couple or a small family to enjoy in this peaceful village location.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Hot tub. Basketball and paddle board court (available from September 2025, shared with other properties on-site). 2 small dogs welcome. Electric car charging point. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated in a small village 6 miles from the town of Sleaford where you can catch the train for a day out in Skegness or even London. There are lovely walks through the surrounding countryside and cycle routes straight from your accommodation. An abundance of wildlife surrounds you and you may be lucky enough to see the deer in the paddock next door.
