This apartment is located in the 'Centrale Mazzoni' condominium, a well-known architectural work for the recovery of the former thermal power plant built by the architect-engineer of the Ministry of Communications of the Fascist regime between 1933 and 1937.
It is a large 40 sqm studio apartment on the ground floor, with a bathroom with shower cubicle, heating and air conditioning, a sofa bed, LED TV, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Centrale Mazzoni is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia, from where you can reach Rialto, San Marco and the Lido with line 1.
To reach Marco Polo Airport, you can take the bus or a taxi from Piazzale Roma.
Furthermore, in a 5-minute walk you can reach the Guglie area, the Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio, where there are numerous high-quality and non-touristy bars and restaurants.
Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be requested.
