Unterkunft wurde nach Bestätigung storniert!!!

Es kam gar nicht zum Urlaub in der Unterkunft - diese wurde trotz Bestätigung im Nachhinein storniert. Der Vermieter bekam eine Rechnung wir mussten etwas neues suchen - im August!
