This incredibly light and airy house is new to the market for 2022 and offers luxury accommodation over three floors in a central location, ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside with the picturesque town of Aldeburgh just 15 minutes away.

You're welcomed into a hall with the kitchen to the right of the front door, followed by the stairs, utility cupboard with a small washing machine, cloakroom and wonderful living/dining room ahead of you. There's hard flooring in the kitchen, hall and cloakroom with carpet in the living area and up the stairs. All windows are double glazed keeping noise to a minimum.
KITCHEN
At the front of the house this modern well equipped kitchen has units wrapping around three sides with an integrated oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, three drawer freezer with a large fridge above it; a free standing Nespresso CitizandMilk machine (bring your own pods), a kettle and toaster.
LIVING/DINING ROOM
A great space to socialise in with a unique central glazed courtyard allowing the light to flood in. A dining table and chairs sits in the first space which flows through to the living room at the back with a skylight giving even more light. A chic velvet sofa runs along one wall with a couple of retro chairs giving extra seating to chill whilst watching your choice of programme on the 50 inch Ultra HD Smart TV with apps including Netflx. A generous footstool gives you the option of putting your feet up or putting a tray on it with your favourite snacks.

Simply with WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Carpeted stairs with hand rail rise to the first floor landing where there are doors to two bedrooms and the main bathroom/

Carpeted stairs take you to the privacy of the top floor where a lovely big bedroom sits opposite a chic bathroom with the added bonus of desk space with a chair on the landing.

A luxurious super king size bed with memory foam mattress takes pride of place between art deco bedside tables in this lofty room double aspect room. There's ample storage in a shelving rack with hanging space too, in addition to a half moon table with stool and mirror and an additional chair.

This newly built town house is tucked behind the Market Place right in the heart of town with all the amenities on your doorstep and an inner courtyard to relax in on a balmy evening. There's parking for one large or two small cars and a car park around the corner if you need more space. Saxmundham station is a couple of minutes walk away.
