About this property
Bright, Stylish 2 Bed Flat Close to Notting Hill
Enjoy staying in our stylish apartment in a great, central location. With all the best designer and high street shops as well as a vast array of different restaurants within a 15 min walk. Although we are only minutes walk from a busy street our road is very quiet and residential with very little traffic passing through. Due to our communal garden the rear of the property is very quiet and you can only hear birdsong and see squirrels. The flat itself is very spacious and comfortable.
The space
With our huge 16 metre ‘loft style’ kitchen/living space there is plenty of room to cook, dine and relax. It is set over two levels. The travertine floored kitchen steps down into the parqueted floor dining room on one side and the sitting room on the other side. There are 2 x good sized bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with a king sized day bed and 2 x single beds. There is a travertine bathroom with a huge bath and a separate WC. The patio is currently under construction but you can use it to go through to our lovely communal garden.
Guest access
We are in a fantastic location for transport with both White City (Central Line) and Wood Lane (Hammersmith & City line) within 10 mins walk. Shepherds Bush (overground station) is a 20 min walk away. There are lots of buses within a 2 min walk. We are a 15 min walk from London’s top shopping centre Westfield (west). You can also walk to London’s famous Portobello Rd in 20 mins. You can get to the west end on tube within 20 mins (and by car, traffic permitting). The on street parking is expensive but there is a pub car park a minutes walk away where you can park for about £7pd.

This is our home so has our belongings in it. This is a no smoking and no partying flat.

Why they chose this property
It is a great property with an open plan living space. We have a wonderful communal garden that gives a sense of country living despite being a very central location. We have fantastic transport links. With 2 underground stations within 10 mins walk (Central Line & Hammersmith & City line). There are also lots of buses within 2 mins walk ti take you to all the most popular museums etc.
What makes this property unique
The great location combined with the sense that you are in a quiet spot with the communal garden is wonderful. . Our road has no through traffic so is not at all busy. And therefore very quiet. We love how close we are to Westfield, the UKs biggest shopping centre. It has around 450 fantastic shops as well as almost 100 restaurants, bowling, cinema, climbing wall, virtual golf, gym & Kidzania! Amazing to have all this within a 10 min walk!
