Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks and canoes, subject to availability. Also on site is a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizzas and tapas. Opening hours can vary for both depending on the season.

On the ground floor the living room area includes comfy sofas, a log burner, Smart TV, and a selection of board games and books for those quiet nights in. The extendable dining table seats 7 and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed by the sliding patio doors. The kitchen is wonderfully modern including conventional and microwave oven, stainless steel sink, built in appliances and marble finish worktops. The downstairs WC houses the washer/dryer.

Upstairs are 3 charming bedrooms, the Master suite with King size bed, TV, shower ensuite and access to the balcony at the rear of the property. The second bedroom is a further double with built in storage. The third bedroom houses a double bed with single bunk over (single bunk suitable for a child only).

Outside, there is decking to the rear of the house with outdoor seating, coffee table and electric points. To the side of the house is the gravelled driveway, providing easy access to your holiday cottage in Dorset.
