La Latina is a lively neighbourhood located on the site of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower, are two of the landmarks of the neighbourhood. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market and the cafes and street food stalls in the area are filled with visitors.
This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.
As you enter, on the right-hand side is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything you need to cook; on the left-hand side is the first double bedroom with two single beds.
Next, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a leather single sofa bed.
The sleeping area has two additional double bedrooms, both with a double bed and decorated in a nice light colour scheme.
The bathroom is modern and has a shower.
There is Wi-Fi, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter months of November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park within about 150 metres of the apartment.

Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 9pm to 2am incurs a €50 supplement.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment if this prior process has not been carried out.
Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
