This is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa, located in Kalkan's Kiziltas district, that can sleep up to 8 guests and is perfect for large parties that appreciate space. It has fantastic amenities like a private indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hamam, games area, and gym. The four luxurious bedrooms are large, and three of them have views of Kalkan and the surrounding Turquoise Coast. With several spots for lounging in the sun with a drink in hand, a grill and outdoor dining area for unforgettable gatherings, and table football for some friendly competition, the pool terrace is ideal for partying and unwinding. N.B. Over the winter months the indoor pool can be heated for no additional charge.

Lower Ground Floor

This floor is mostly devoted to relaxation, well-being, and entertainment. From the ground floor, a grand staircase descends and opens onto a spacious area featuring a gym, an indoor pool, seating areas, and tables for relaxing between workouts. From here, you can access the opulent marble hammam and sauna. A sizable games/cinema room with a bar, corner sofa, table football, pool table, and a big flat screen TV is located right off this main area. A guest restroom is located on this level.

One of the villa's two master bedrooms, (Bedroom 1), is located on this floor. It is a generously proportioned space with a luxurious charcoal and smooth wood king-size bed, a striking modern take on Art Deco decor, and contrasting burnt orange fabrics. The room has a sizable jacuzzi area, a table and chair set, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite shıower room. A small garden area is accessible via sliding doors.

Ground Floor

The entire group may enjoy the open-plan layout of the ground floor. Modern American-style charcoal units, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses are all included in the fully furnished kitchen area. By the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which offer views of the pool terrace and Kalkan beyond, is a stylish dining table that can accommodate 8 people.

The lounge area is furnished for guests comfort with a spacious corner sofa and armchair, coffee table, flat-screen TV, DVD player, burnt orange and grey linens, and complementary artwork. There are additional floor to ceiling sliding doors that lead to the pool patio.

First Floor

The second and third of the villa’s four double bedrooms are located on this floor. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with built-in bedside tables and a vanity unit that matches in a contemporary take on the Art Deco style, a mirrored wardrobe, ochre fabrics, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a balcony with a sea view and a table and chairs.

The third bedroom has a luxurious king-size divan in a soothing gray colour, matching bedside tables, a vanity station, and a wardrobe in an updated Art Deco style, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a balcony with views of the sea. An additional glass door opens to a balcony that has a table and chairs and overlooks the pool patio.

Second Floor

The second of the property's two master suites, this room takes up the entire top level. The accommodation has a luxurious charcoal and smooth wood king size divan, built-in bedside tables, matching storage units and a cupboard, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath, and wonderful views of the town from the bathroom. A roof patio with a table and chairs is accessible through glass floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, making it the ideal place for a sundowner.

Outdoors

There are numerous spots for relaxation and partying on the spacious terrace. There are plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and two free-standing rattan swing chairs near the pool. The enormous pool, which is approximately 8 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 1.60 meters deep, includes a separate shallow area, making it ideal for children to play in. The outdoor dining area and barbecue grill are located between the pool and the villa and are ideal for preparing a feast for the entire group to enjoy. The patio wraps around the villa, and on the other side there is a peaceful area with a cosy sofa set and coffee table with views out across Kalkan Bay and beyond. The outdoor table football is located behind the building and near to the entrance.
