Böse Überraschung - ein Schlafzimmer fehlt

Wir hatten für drei Erwachsene diese Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Eine Woche vor Reisebeginn in der Hochsaison schrieb die Vermieterin, dass das 2.Schlafzimmer fehlen würde. Sie bot eine Schlafluftmatratze an.Unsere Flüge waren gebucht, so hatten wir keine Wahl und vertrauten auf eine anständige Lösung von Seiten der Vermieterin! Bei Ankunft fanden wir im Wohnzimmer eine minderwertige Luftmatratze vor, die zudem den Wohn- / Essbereich vollkommen blockierte. Es gab auch keinen Schrank für unsere Kleider. Wir konnten in dieser untragbaren Situation unmöglich unseren Urlaub verbringen und haben die Wohnung nicht bezogen. Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten der Vermieterin. Keine Hilfe von Seiten der Agentur
