Marvellous villa

We were 4 familiers in that villa. There is a lot of Espace for Everyone Lot of matérials for cooking Bedrooms are beautiful Very great place The view is wonderful as well No issue during the stay Everything was just perfect There is as well a room to do some body building and the teenagers enjoy to stay there to play or watch Tv Really, we were all very happy Swimming pool was big and there is sun bed for Everyone with big umbrella So, I strongly recommand it

Fantastic villa, great location

Just enjoyed a fantastic week in this villa, located high up on the hills above Les Issambres with amazing views of the sea and bay. Villa was exactly as described and photos very accurate. Views and setting perfect and the pool was great size too. 7 good bedrooms with 2 en-suite and brilliantly equipped kitchen. Games room with weights and table football, so loads of space and lots to do representing brilliant value for the weeks rental. Only minor point is the drive is very narrow and limited space for turning especially if you have two families and two rental cars as we did, but did get used to this and work out the best place on the corner of the drive for a three point turn. Jan the caretaker in resort was also really good; immediately replied when I messaged him before we arrived, was ready when we checked in and the property beautifully cleaned and spotless. Also arrived for our check out on time ans very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Simply awesome

We spent marvellous two weeks in this wonderful villa. Spacious, clean and located in the hills above Les Issambres, the view over the golf of Saint Tropez is extraordinary. We were able to watch the fireworks of Saint Tropez on the occasion of the 14th of July with a glass in our hands standing at the terrace. The terrace hosting a dining area, a very comfortable lounge and the pool area is huge and offers enough room for even larger groups (we were only six people). High quality sunbeds and umbrellas around the well sized pool. Pool service was excellent twice a week. The house is extraordinarily well equipped, in particular the kitchen. We spend our summer vacation in this region for years now and we never had a house with a kitchen, that lacked basically nothing. Also two extra fridges, two washing machines and a tumble dryer are beyond standard (not to talk about the kicker table). One can see that the owners use the house themselves and take care of the house accordingly. Rooms are clean and nicely designed. Not all bedrooms have aircon, which did not bother our small group. Many thanks to the administrator, Jan, who gave us such a warm welcome and was very responsive in the very few cases we contacted him. We would rent this villa again any time!

Was expecting much more for that price

Vi var två familjer i huset i en vecka, fyra vuxna 5 barn 3-14 år. När man betalar så mycket för ett hus så tycker vi att man kan förvänta sig lite mer. Utsikten var magisk men tyvärr var det en hel del som drog ner helheten för vår vecka i detta hus. Att skriva att det finns spelhall och ett fitnesscenter känns lite missvisande när det egentligen var ett stort vardagsrum innehållande tvättmaskiner, ett fotbollsspel, ett skåp med sällskapsspel, soffa med Tv och brevid det ett skivstångsset. Standarden överlag kändes mer slitet än vad bilderna visade: poolens liner höll nästan på att trilla av på vissa ställen, en av dubbelsängarna föll sönder när en 14-årig tjej lade sig i den så vi fick stötta upp den med en skohylla under. Kylskåpen var inte uppvärmda utan sattes igång precis när vi kom. Detta ledde till att det läckte vatten som vi fick torka upp. Ena toaletten hade en konstig lukt. En toalettborste var helt brun vilket inte alls kändes fräscht, inte var utbytt på flera år. Poolen blev grumlig efter 5 dagar så vi kontaktade värden. En kille kom inom kort vilket ledde till att den blev ännu mer grumlig (simmade någon under vattnet så kunde man inte se att någon var där). Kvällarna med utsikten var det bästa med hela vistelsen. Tyvärr kunde inte alla sitta ute pga av väldigt många getingar. Ett annat minus var att man fick åka flera kilometer med bilen för att slänga skräp. Hälften av parasollen vid poolen var trasiga. Frysen var väldigt liten för husets storlek.

Nur Aussicht und beheizter Pool sind wirklich super.

Schon die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht geklappt da FeWo uns die falschen Details gegeben hat. Der lokale Betreuer Jan war sehr flexibel und die Übergabe hat mit Verspätung geklappt. Die Aussicht und der beheizter Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen und sind 5-Sterne würdig. Das Haus ist alt und die Möbel wie auch die Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen und die Loungekissen sind voller Flecken. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Badezimmer und Küche nur oberflächlich geputzt mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren unserer Vormieter. Nach einer Reklamation wurde uns vom Vermieter umgehend eine Nachreinigung angeboten sowie die Nutzung von zusätzlichen Badetüchern um die befleckten Möbel abzudecken. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Küche ist wirklich toll ausgestattet, aber benutzt haben wir nur das Minimum, da alles von einem Fettfilm überzogen ist. Eine gründliche Reinigung des ganzen Hauses sowie der Terrassen ist unserer Meinung nach dringend angesagt. Speziellen Dank an den lokalen Betreuer Jan für seine stetige Verfügbarkeit und speditive Erledigung unserer Anliegen. Super Service.

Fantastische Ferien in schönster Umgebung

Wir wurden vom Betreuer vor Ort herzlich und professionell empfangen. Das Haus ist traumhaft und strahlt sehr viel französischen Charme aus. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch der Garten hat viel mediterranes Flair. Die Lage und Aussicht sind einzigartig. Wir freuen uns bereits heute auf das nächste mal. Herzlichen Dank Bruno B.
