Come stay in our lovely and luxurious 2-bedroom 2-bath condo in beautiful Dillon, Colorado! Dillon’s central Rocky Mountain location borders Lake Dillon, and offers a wide variety of available activities and attractions; it is an amazing place to visit any time of the year!
We are right in the heart of Dillon, with restaurants, stores, the lake and bike trails all within walking distance. Summer offers free concerts, a weekly farmer’s market, great biking, hiking, sightseeing and any kind of water activity you can think of including fishing, boating, kayaking and paddleboarding. In the winter, you will have easy access to 5 world-class ski resorts including Keystone Resort (5 mi), Arapahoe Basin (12mi), Loveland Ski Area (12mi), Copper Mountain (12mi), and Breckenridge (15mi). A little further up the road you will find Vail (32mi) and Beaver Creek (43mi). All other winter activities such as snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sleigh riding, tubing and anything else you can imagine is available in the winter outdoors.

Our condo is spacious, contemporary, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. It is a 2-bedroom 2-bath unit, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed in the other bedroom that has a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. A queen air mattress is available. It sleeps a max of 6 people; it is best for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids of the right ages are best), but can accommodate up to 6 of the right group. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, 2 large-screen TVs, wi-fi, cable, a gas fireplace and plenty of space for all of your stuff. The modern kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. This is a great place to stay. Washer dryer, and all amenities in the kitchen you can ask for. Condo was clean, quiet and we have no complaints. I would stay again.

Summer Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was the perfect spot for my family, within walking distance of the lake and restaurants, and my son loved the playground and park right across the street. Great Getaway Spot!

We traveled to Colorado for a ski trip for spring break. This condo is in the perfect location with access to so many awesome things to do whether you are looking to ski, hike, shop, or dine. The condo was clean, well stocked with basic ammenities and was the perfect place for our family on this trip! Our kids loved that there were games, puzzles, and bunk beds. The host was very responsive and provided detailed information for our stay in a timely manner. We would defintely recommend for any family looking for a getaway!

Cynthia’s unit was exactly as described. It was the perfect home away from home. Well stocked with everything you might need or want while in vacation. Clean, comfortable and cozy. I have stayed in this condo for 7 days. Cynthia is very kind and helpful. Since my son wanted to leave earlier, we had to drive two cars. She borrowed extra parking space for us from her friend. Rooms are very clean.. Great communication. Every thing is perfect. Definitely I will be back .

Nice place, but a couple of warnings

The place is lovely, very clean, well appointed, easy in/out, great location, wonderful underground parking, which makes me sad I have to leave a poor summary. It is necessary to warn others about the master bedroom/upstairs. It is extraordinarily hot, even when closing all vents upstairs and following the recommendations in the host book. Changing the temperature results in the downstairs freezing, so my kids froze and we burned up. This works well I suppose if you are always cold, but we both run hot at night. Additionally, if you are accustomed to a rock hard mattress, the master bed will work well for you. If not, and are a side sleeper, you are in for some of the worst nights sleep. The place also advertises streaming options on the TV - unfortunately the TV and Roku are so old the apps are out of date and you will be unable to access any other streaming service than the included Netflix (also a very out of date version) and basic cable. Normally this wouldn’t matter, but when some of the resorts were limited for the extreme conditions during our stay, we had to hunker down in the condo. We have stayed in other condos in the same building in the past without any of the above mentioned issues. Other reviewers mentioned a broken oven - this has been fixed.
