Welcome to beautiful Vätö and to this fresh house that is both bright and modern. Here you can enjoy wonderful summer days and evenings either in the glazed conservatory or on the sunny terrace facing both south and west with a view of the large child-friendly plot with both trampoline and cable car. The house feels spacious with the roof up in the ridge and consists of a tastefully decorated living room with dining area for many. The living room, which is the heart of the house, leads into the well-appointed kitchen in the open floor plan with light from several directions. Here you can sit on the large corner sofa on cold evenings and watch TV or enjoy a warming wood burning stove. Adjacent to the living room are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and in the third there is a bunk bed. The fresh bathroom was renovated in 2019 and contains an incinerator, sink, shower and washing machine. The plot is sunny and there are several seats in different directions and the large lawns attract both play and games. If you want to go swimming, you have two great options. Either you take a walk to the swimming pool and the marina in Vätösund or to the nice swimming lake with swimming beach with jetty and raft in the area. This is a house with a private plot to really enjoy. Here you will be able to enjoy wonderful summer days and evenings.
