Renovated apartment at the heart of the old town, walking distance to the beach!
A recently renovated 75 m2 apartment, which dates back to 1894. It is located at a quiet but yet vivid neighborhood of the old town. It offers the unique opportunity to experience the cretan way of living at the heart of the old town.
The apartment is perfectly suited for families and good friends. Couples are are also welcome to stay. Entering the flat you will find youself in the living room and next to a patio. Right next to the living room is the dining area, and opposite the dining area there is a small room with a sigle bed (80 x 200). Further deep in the apartment there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The large bedroom is consisted of two floors, connected with a wooden staircase, and in each floor there is a queen size bed (160 x 200). There is an open gate in the dining area that leads to the kitchen and to the second bathroom of the apartment. There is also a balcony to relax at the back.

I like playing board games, bridge, chess and football. Watcing movies now and again is nice, but most of the times I prefer being outside of the house, either for a walk, for a wine with friends or at the beach during summer time
Why they chose this property
This property was passed down to me through the generations. This is the place where I used to go whenever we made a family visit to my aunt, my grandmother's sister, so it has significant sentimental value.
What makes this property unique
It is located at the heart of the old town, and that is more than enough to make it a unique property. Everything will be within walking distance, the beach, the bus station, local amenities, restaurants, bars, shops.
