Luxurious & spacious, newly built cottage near Bala Lake Snowdonia with Hot Tub

Spacious, light and airy cottage fitted out with the best furnishings and fittings providing excellent quality accommodation for 4 persons. A hot tub is available if required for a small extra fee. If not required, it will not be prepared for use.
Scenic views and central for touring the many attractions and activities of North and Mid Wales. Private access to Bala lake via our touring caravan park from Easter to mid October, it's just a 5 minute walk away. Bring your own canoe or paddle board or hire them on site.
Plenty of local walks on nearby hills and the mountain ranges of Aran, Arenig, Cadair Idris and the Berwyns are all close by.
The beautiful beaches of Barmouth, Black Rock Sands. Harlech sand dunes and Fairbourne are all within 45 minutes by car.
The small market town of Bala is 3 miles away and there is a footpath/bike path to the town, alsio a bus stop nearby.

Home from home

Fabulous accommodation, great location for walks and exploring, excellent for a small family or friends. Everything seems so new and shiny and at the same time cosy and warm especially if the Welsh weather is not behaving. Would totally recommend.

Tolles Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage von Nordwales

Das Haus ist erst ein paar Jahre alt, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten (auch für 4 Personen), verfügt über sehr bequeme Betten und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Selbstversorgeraufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Nordwales zu erkunden. Innerhalb von max. 1,5 Stunden hat man alle wichtigen Ausflugsziele erreicht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Alle 3 Tage wurde die Wasserqualität des Hottubs geprüft und die Blumen gegossen. Auch die Nachbarn in der nebenan liegenden Mobilheimsiedlung waren sehr nett und eilten uns sofort zur Hilfe, als an unserem Abreisetag das Auto nicht angesprungen ist. Eigentlich gab es nur zwei Punkte, die uns persönlich etwas gestört haben. Vor allem, dass direkt am Haus die Hauptverkehrsstraße verläuft. Insbesondere an den Wochenenden, wenn viele Motorradfahrer unterwegs waren, haben wir es im Garten als extrem laut empfunden (obwohl wir aus der Großstadt kommen). Abends und über Nacht war es aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen konnte. Um das hochsommerliche Wetter während unseres Aufenthaltes auch im Garten 100%ig genießen zu können, hätten wir uns ein paar Sonnenstühle und/oder Liegen und eine Essecke im Garten hinter dem Haus in der Nachmittags- und Abendsonne gewünscht. Das ist allerdings wirklich Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau! Insgesamt würden wir das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür!!!!

Fantastic cottage!

Fabulous stay in this brand new cottage. Large airy rooms. Big kitchen dinner. Classy bathroom with bath and double shower. Great patio with views of the mountains and location close to Bala lake with launch. Will definitely be back!
