Welcome to Hickory, Dickory, Dock! This beautiful home was completely rehabbed - down to the studs: Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and decks. Also, brand new furniture throughout - new mattresses, sheets, & pillows. This place is CLEAN!l. Home has 2 large decks with a big beautiful view of the main channel!

This is a 4 bedroom home, that very comfortably sleeps 10 (if you have more in your group, let's discuss what works - we want to accommodate you, but we also want you to be comfortable, too and we want the reservation to be good fit for you and for our house). All new beds and mattresses! Beautiful brand new stainless & granite kitchen, and 2 1/2 baths. New smart TVs throughout - but you're going to spend most of your days outside on the decks overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks or relaxing and fishing on a private floating dock. The dock surface is concrete - so no splinters! The guest slip is 10x26’, so bring your boat/Seadoo or rent one locally (we can help arrange rentals if you'd like).

After a few requests, we added an Aqua Lily Bullfrog pad that is available to rent. This is a 3 ply "floating carpet" that is the thickest one made by Aqua Lily. Measuring 6 feet by 20 feet, it can hold 9-10 people (1,800 lbs of distributed weight). It is really fun to float on it next to the dock in our cove! We now have 2 ten-foot sit on top kayaks (with paddles and new life jackets) available to rent so you can go check out the fall color on the water! If you are interested in another way to enjoy the lake, just let us know.

This is a single family home with a private concrete driveway that connects to blacktop roads all the way to the highway.

PETS: Dogs weighing not more than 60 lbs are allowed provided they are housebroken and stay in crates overnight and while you're away. We have crates at the house so you don't need to bring yours. Fireworks of any kind are not permitted.

This is a non-smoking property.

It is an upscale lake home, and is intended for FAMILIES and COUPLES (with or without kids). It is NOT intended for large groups, of single people such as bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or recent grad parties. We don't mean to offend anyone, but this just isn't a "party" or "event" house - it's perfect for families or even a few small families. This house is in a residential neighborhood, and many of our neighbors live full time at the Lake. There are some children in the neighborhood, so our guests need to fit in to that "vibe". If you have any questions about whether your group is a good fit, just ask and be honest. We are reasonable, but we are protective of our investment and neighborhood, too.

This house is NOT for groups that want to have a rowdy fun time - there are plenty of other places that will accommodate that. It's our lake home and we work hard to keep it in pristine condition and we respect our neighbors.

For your convenience, there is a gas grill and a washer & dryer at the house. Strong wi-fi (suitable for working from home while others are streaming is included, and there is a pack-n-play if you need one.
