YourHouse Can Mel, spacious villa with private pool for 10 guests

Set in Búger, in the north of Majorca, this spacious country house can comfortably accommodate between 10 to 12 guests and includes a private pool and garden.

You can visit the market in Sa Pobla, which takes place each Sunday. Besides, there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops in the centre. A 15-20 minutes’ drive takes you to the coast and to sand beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. A car is essential.

The private, 11 x 5 metres salt water pool is surrounded by a garden with 10 sun loungers, 3 parasols and a relax are with balinese bed. The furnished terrace invites you to celebrate great dinners with friends and family as it has a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. You and your loved ones will enjoy the peace of the environment and lovely views over the countryside and to the Tramuntana mountains on the horizon.

This natural stone house offers a great confort for your vacation including a bright, well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and pantry. The living area with satellite-TV invites you to relax. The villa counts with 5 bedrooms, two with en-suite bath with shower or bathtub. Two bedrooms come with 2 single beds while the others are fitted with a double bed each. Besides the 2 en-suite baths there’s another separate shower bathroom. The house offers a good equipment, including central heating, air conditioning everywhere except one bedroom, Wifi, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and a cot on request.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The damage deposit of will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.

The holding of events, pets or parties are not permitted.
