Beautiful location

A Brilliant place to stay

This is a lovely property every bit as good as the pictures on the website. Situated in a lovely part of France and with a lovely garden and view. Every room is beautifully presented and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Paradise

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Vanessa and Dominique were fantastic hosts, they were so helpful and always easily contacted. The house and pool are magnificent. The countryside setting is divine, so tranquil and peaceful, often the only noise that can be heard is the singing of the birds.... bliss!! An amazing holiday - a big thank you to Vanessa and Dominique!

Family holiday

We spent the most relaxing two weeks in this amazing house. So much room for 7 adults and two dogs.. the garden is amazing and a beautiful place to relax and read a book. Vanessa and Dominique are lovely hosts and always available to help and answer questions and give advice on the best boulangerie or places to visit. We particularly enjoyed playing Perigord monopoly in the evening, perhaps sometimes translating the french to suit ourselves 😆 Thank you. Your house and garden is beautiful.

Incredible!

Nothing shy of stunning. My family and I stayed in the May half term recently. Everything you could need to make it a wonderful stay is provided. The pool is spotless, the house the same. The pool table is as true as you'd get in any snooker hall. The seating areas provide plenty of break out spaces for those who want a quite time away from the group. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is a little remote, so be prepared for a short car drive to the supermarkets and restaurants. The internet was quite stable, but with a house of this size, naturally it wont reach all areas of the building. Maybe a WIFI booster would be nice addition to be able to stream music etc from the pool area. The only thing I would have changed, I didn't ask about the history of this wonderful old house. I'm sure it has a story to tell! Cant wait to return.

Nous nous sommes régalés dans cette maison très confortable: chaque couple bénéficiait d'une salle de bain et des toilettes privées attenant à leur chambre. Malgré la saison (mi-octobre) la météo nous a permis de visiter cette région magnifique. Un autre séjour l'an prochain, un peu plus tôt dans la saison, n'est pas à exclure

3 jours en Dordogne

Nous sommes une famille de 12 personnes, tous très heureux de nous retrouver pour un long week-end d’octobre dans une grande maison. Malheureusement cette demeure de maître s’est révélée très rustique, froide ( pas de bois pour faire un bon feu), et surtout mal entretenue. De plus les propriétaires, vivants à 16000 km, n’ont pas pu intervenir pour résoudre les différents problèmes survenus au cours de notre séjour et c’est bien dommage. Cependant, cette propriété, bien placée en Dordogne, est grande, calme, et bien équipée pour que petits et grands puissent s’amuser.

Great place!

Highly recommend this property, very spacious and has everything you need on holiday, perfect rural location, but only a short drive to shops and towns. Dominique & Vanessa are fantastic hosts, very helpful and entertaining (Dominique is great at pool too). Thanks for a great holiday, hopefully be back again soon.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at vanessa and Dominique property beautiful scenery from house and some beautiful places to visit all within 35 mins house was huge and ideal for us, if we're in this part of France again we wouldn't hesitate to come back. Les and family

superbes vacances

Nous sommes 5 couples d'amis et nous avons passés une superbe semaine dans cette maison. L'accueil de Dominique et Vanessa est de tres loin le meilleur jamais reçu , le petit panier de bienvenue est une surprise agréable ainsi que leur gentillesse. La demeure est tout simplement incroyable et ne manque d'absolument de rien pour le plaisir et confort des occupants. Une adresse a mettre absolument dans les favoris pour de futur congé. De plus nous pouvons sans exagération dire que nous avons un couple d'amis supplémentaires.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. La maison offre tous le confort necessaire pour passer un bon moment entre amis et en famille. Très belle demeure, splendide et très spacieuse

Bonjour Vanessa et Dominique, Désolée pour ce retard mais je fus prise par pas mal de choses à gérer donc pas beaucoup de temps libre pour vous envoyer un petit mail et vous faire un petit coucou. Tout d’abord, on tenait tous à vous remercier pour votre hospitalité et votre accueil , Dominique vous êtes au top. Vous avez une demeure splendide et superbement bien agencée, bien décorée, bien entretenue et parfaite pour des séjours courts ou longs. Tout le monde était ravi des installations et on a bénéficié de tout le confort de la maison. On était heureux comme doivent l’être des personnes qui aiment la vie et qui passent un week-end ensemble et en plus dans une maison aussi agréable. Normal qu’on ait laissé la maison propre, c’est notre devise, rendre la maison aussi propre qu’ on l’a trouvé. Mais ce fut agréable de faire le ménage dans une demeure aussi belle que la vôtre. Et tout à fait normal de l’avoir rendue propre et d’en avoir pris soin. Votre papa Vanessa nous a reçu avec ferveur et est aussi très agréable. Par contre mon seul regret, et Dieu sait combien de fois j’ai demandé à Dominique pour vous rencontrer Vanessa, mais pas moyen, vous ne vouliez pas me rencontrer (rires), mais je pense deviner comment vous êtes à travers Dominique. Il dégage de la sympathie et de la convivialité et on sent qu'il aime les gens et je pense que lorsque l' on fait ce travail, il faut avoir ces qualités et je pense que vous l’avez aussi. comme Dominique; Voilà en tous les cas merci pour le panier garni aussi. On a beaucoup apprécié, tout était délicieux. On reviendra en tous les cas pour le panier (rires) mais également pour vous, pour votre sympathie, pour votre belle demeure et tout ce qui va avec. A très bientôt Marcel, Evelyne, Frédéric, Carla, Sylvie, Eric, Carole, Thierry, Francis, Rachel, Alice et DIDIER. MERCI POUR TOUT

Super vacances en Périgord
