Close to the Hotel/Golf Club, Spanish Village shops/Restaurants/Bars and a short walk to the Sports Bar & facilities.
Close to the beaches of Mazarron and the Mar Menor, Hacienda Del Alamo is perfectly situated for access to the Cities of Murcia & Cartagena & Beach Life!
The space
This is a newly renovated property and has a modern & contemporary feel throughout.
The garden has a large grass area up to the pool, outside dining, BBQ and a unique Cinema Screen sunken firepit. The pool is extra large at 13 x 7 m and has a 3 x 3 m Jacuzzi.
Guest access
Guests will have use of the whole villa, with the exception of the Garage.
Other things to note
We have Golf Clubs, Tennis Rackets, Padel Rackets, Skateboards, Bikes as well as Game Consoles and a Projector screen for Movie nights.
There is a huge trampoline in the garden.
The house is fitted with Fly screens and Shutters to the doors and windows.
Each room has an A/C unit
The Resort has a golf course, driving range, club house, Tennis courts, Padel Courts and Bars & Restaurants
