Summary:
CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This large open plan 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in of the most trendy, hip areas of London. Perfect for small groups, families or professionals wishing to explore and live in one of London's most vibrant & artistic areas. Shoreditch is home to some of London's best restaurants, bars, pubs & cafes and is regarded as the artistic district of London. Young creatives and trendsetters fill the fashionable clubs and bars that surround.
The Space:
Designed by Menu Spaces of Denmark, our loft apartment occupies part of the first floor of this renovated building, and has been tastefully redesigned to create an inspiring, creative work-from-home abode. The whole apartment is set across one single level, the master bedroom to the front of the apartment which features a super king size bed and a walk-in-wardrobe with an additional single bed inside. The second bedroom is situated off the living area and features a comfortable single bed, quiet sitting area and access to the main Jack & Jill bathroom.
To the rear of the apartment you will find the enormous open plan living/dining/office area as well as the kitchen. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and seating area with a coffee table and large flat screen Smart TV. In the corner you will find a comfortable reading area which has been raised up onto a platform. The large dining table for 6 couples up dining with a workspace and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking substantial meals, featuring modern cooking appliances.
Although the apartment is flooded with light thanks to its large windows, roller blinds in the living areas and blackout blinds in the bedrooms provide the home with privacy and a cosy atmosphere.
Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to entirety of the property.
The Neighborhood:
Shoreditch is an arty area adjacent to the equally hip neighbourhood of Hoxton. The world famous Brick Lane is just a short walk away where you can walk around and experience some of Shoreditch's famous street art. Spitalfields Market again is a stones-throw away and features independent vendors for clothing, jewellery, home items, art, food & gourmet products - not to mention the bustling and lively atmosphere. Boxpark Shoreditch is a popular spot amongst the locals, providing various eateries and places to grab a drink in a court made from shipping containers.
Those with a keen eye may be able to find some decorative street art pieces by the famous Thierry Noir around Shoreditch.
Getting Around:
Everything Shoreditch has to offer can be explored using your own two feet. If you wish to venture further afield and explore the rest of London, Old Street, Shoreditch High Street & Liverpool Street Stations are all walking distance away, granting you access to London's underground and overground networks. There are also various Bus stops nearby. We recommend downloading CityMapper if ever travelling to London.
Other Things to Note:
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee and public liability provided by our risk management partner, TRUVI. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself.
Given the property's central location in one of London's busiest neighbourhoods, outside noise can be expected - the Shoreditch landscape is constantly evolving so construction noise is usually a given in the streets local to our apartment. There is a new event hall across from the flat. This is rented out for all types of events from small to large. We don't have any control over this however it is good to note that when there is large scale events held at this hall that delivery loads are frequent during the nights
Interaction with Guests:
Once your booking has been confirmed we will arrange a check-in time at the property with a member of staff, who will give you the keys and show you around the property, explain how the internet, heating etc. works as well as give you any recommendations you may need.
We will be on hand during your stay to make your stay more enjoyable however we will also give you privacy.
