All the apartments comes with the same equipment and furniture: WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning /heating, washing machine, iron+board, hairdryer, microwave, freezer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, baby chair (on request).

The nearest metro station is La Latina (Line 5 - the green one). The building is located in a quiet street. The area is surrounded by many restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, bakeries...
The "La Latina" neighborhood is one of the oldest and most charismatic in Madrid. Its streets retain the layout they had centuries ago, as can be seen in the map of the Villa of 1656.
