About this property
Folly 1 Victorian house with stunning sea views & parking for two cars
Folly 1, a Victorian clifftop house, offers spacious, home-from-home holiday accommodation spread over three floors. The house boasts traditional features, including eye-catching fireplaces and stunning sea views framed by enormous windows. Settle down on one of the window seats and watch the fishing boats and pleasure crafts come and go from the harbour.
The sleeping accommodation comprises a super king bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor, and a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom on the second floor. The elegant sitting room features a cosy open fire for chillier evenings.
Sleeping eight guests in four bedrooms, with three bathrooms, Folly 1 is ideal for two families sharing a holiday in Port Isaac's picturesque and vibrant fishing village.
The property also boasts parking for two cars (accessed via a narrow street), a sun deck at the rear, and a patio at the front with wonderful views over the harbour, beach, and sea. TV and film lovers will appreciate having 'Doc Martin's' fictional home right next door.
Wander up the footpath to Lobber Point for a picnic with a sensational viewpoint, or buy some local fish from the Fish Cellars in the village and cook yourselves up a seafood supper to enjoy in the comfort of Folly 1.
We look forward to welcoming you.
