An idyllic location on a small development just a short drive away from Ingleton’s centre and its amenities, this three-bed property is furnished and decorated to a high standard and is perfectly situated for couples and families. It is unsuitable for visiting groups of workers, due to the nature of the development. It offers all the home comforts you need, for an enjoyable stay in the Dales. In the living room, you can relax in front of the wood burner while watching your favourite box set on the Smart TV after a full day of exploring the area. The well-equipped kitchen/dining room is open to the living room and has everything you could need to prepare a hearty meal while the dining area is the perfect place to gather with family and friends. In addition, the breakfast bar is a great spot for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of your favourite beverage.
Outside there is a private enclosed patio garden, which is accessed directly from the dining area. A cloakroom is located on the ground floor for your convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom is bright and airy with multiple windows, a kingsize bed, wardrobe, and quality furnishings. Two other bedrooms contain a double and a full-size bunk bed. A contemporary style family bathroom includes a bath with a shower over and toilet.
Ingleton has an indoor climbing and bouldering wall, cycle pump track, outdoor swimming pool and children’s riverside play area. There are many walks in the area, including the famous waterfalls trail and Whitescar Caves. There are independent shops to explore including the award-winning bakery selling artisan cakes and bakes. You will be spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink too, Ingleton has an abundance of pubs, cafés, bars, and restaurants including a cosy and quirky microbar.
A gateway to the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park, Ingleton is also well located for the nearby Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Morecambe Bay, 35 minutes, and the Lakes can be reached in under an hour. The Lake District and Lancaster are 30 minutes away. There are two parking spaces for cars infront of the property. Note, the parking is not suitable for commercial vehicles. Beach 20 miles.
