This apartment is located on the first floor and has the perfect capacity for 8 people. It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed, and two comfortable bathrooms with showers.
The cosy living room shares the space with the dining room, which has a table for 6 people. The living room has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV. The kitchen, integrated with the living room, has a modern design and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.
The apartment has cold air conditioning with heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find public parking a short distance from the apartment.
The building is undergoing interior renovation work.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning will be carried out at the end of May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be in November according to the protocols established by the property.
