Town: Easton is a small Norfolk village, just off the A47, seven miles west of the city of Norwich. There's a fine dining restaurant in the village, and plenty of choice for eating and drinking in neighbouring villages, particularly Marlingford and Bawburgh, which are a short drive away, as well as in Norwich itself. There are two golf courses a stone's throw from the village, and just ten miles to the west is the picturesque Mid Norfolk Railway, one of the UK's largest preserved railways. Norwich is a short drive away, with bustling shops and thriving nightspots, and in contrast, the rural countryside around Easton is ideal for a quiet walk. Also on the doorstep is the Norfolk Showground, which hosts a variety of events all year round including the annual Royal Norfolk Show.
