Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Back garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This lovely cottage is situated in a quiet residential area close to the centre of the Georgian market town of Louth. With lovely views of the famous church spire in the centre of town and only a short walk to the many good restaurants, shops and traditional pubs that the town is well known for, it’s a great location for a relaxing break. As a touring base, the east coast with its sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts is 30 minutes’ drive away. Cadwell Park Race Circuit is 5 miles.
Louth is on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers fabulous walks, cycle routes and many good village tea rooms and pubs for refreshment as you explore the lovely countryside. A short walk from your cottage is Hubbards Hills, an area unique to Louth where you can enjoy a stroll alongside the River Lud before returning to one of the town’s traditional pubs for refreshment afterwards. There are two 18-hole golf courses to enjoy, as well as a leisure centre and good coarse fishing lakes in the area. Shop, delicatessen, pubs and restaurants 250 yards.
