Villa No. 10 is located on family friendly urbanization Pueblo Alcasar and can accommodate up to 8 people. The property has private parking for several vehicles.

Picturesque fishing village Moraira is just a 5-minute drive away and the popular Moraig beach on the Cumbre del Sol, is a 10-minute drive.

The property has a private pool, garden and outdoor summer kitchen with a barbeque.

Completely refurbished in 2022, the house has been renovated to a very high standard, with all the most modern lighting and home automation systems (electric blinds, RAKO lighting systems, alarm, automatic interior and exterior lighting, ambient lighting, electric gate...). Hot/cold air conditioning and gas radiators throughout the house.

WiFi, TV with English channels, sports channels, Netflix, all included.

As for the urbanization, Pueblo Alcasar is a quiet urbanization, with a warm feel to it. It has a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, children's play area, bar / restaurant and a shopping center with two supermarkets and several other stores.

In addition to the many beaches and beautiful coves, the area is perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking, running along the coast, water sports and much more while taking in the Costa Blanca and its surroundings.
