About this property

Church Hill House - Newly renovated chic 4 bed home, sleeps 8+parking+dogs

Church Hill House is located in the historically rich harbour side town of Port Isaac, a place brimming with local, small businesses, art galleries, pubs and restaurants, all making the appeal of the Cornish north coast that bit greater. Having been recently refurbished, this beautiful abode offers up to eight occupants a sanctuary to relax and make memories in.
From the moment you walk through either entrances to Church Hill House you will fall in love with it. It has recently been renovated to display chic designs in every room.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen diner & separate living room with wood burner to make those chilly evenings extra cosy and warm. It is the perfect area to relax and reminisce the days events discovering Port Isaac and its surroundings.
On the first floor there are light and airy rooms including a king bedroom, double bedroom with shower en-suite & a twin bedroom all of which are tastefully decorated.
On the top floor there is the fourth bedroom which houses twin beds.
The elevated garden area provides gorgeous scenes of the north coast, making for sunset evenings on the patio, sharing a locally sourced meal or enjoying a bbq with your loved ones and playing card games until the sunlight dips beneath the horizon.

Doc Martin fans!
The cottage is superbly located to the village. We went on an organised Doc Martin tour which was good fun and very informative. The house was spacious but unfortunately the sheets on both double beds were stained, which was not great as after a long journey, we were very tired and had to sleep on top of the beds for the first night until next day.

Lovely honeymoon
We spent 8 days here for our honeymoon. The house was clean, spacious with lovely thoughtful touches everywhere. Its November so much quieter, peaceful and exactly what we needed. Walks to the local beaches, pubs, and surrounding areas are on the doorstep along with fantastic seafood options both fresh from the harbour and in the form of Michellin star restaurants. Comms with Sarah and Emma were excellent throughout and the house is well equipped with everything we needed and for a much bigger party of people. The views from the garden at the top are a delight and well worth the climb up the steps to the top. We cant wait to come and stay here again. Fantastic!!! Thank you.

Picturesque
Gorgeous property in picturesque setting. House well stocked and sparkling clean. Parking a bit of a squeeze for our 7-seater! And would prefer not to have to climb 25 steep steps to the garden although stunning when you get there! (Missing night lighting perhaps?). All in all an exquisite holiday rental in ever beautiful Cornwall.

Wonderful place and everything you could need for your holiday. Excellent location for walking to all the restaurants in the village and onto the Coastal paths. We would certainly book this place again.
