If you're looking for a family getaway, look no further than this well-furnished apartment. It is well located and ideal for families and friends to enjoy together. Please note that the lift is out of service—the property is on the 4th floor via stairs.
You will love the living room, which has a sofa bed and a dining table top, making it ideal for relaxing and dining. The space is flooded with natural light and has big windows, making it very bright and airy. Thanks to its light colours and natural woodwork, it exudes a warm vibe. It also has a fast internet connection, so you can connect to the world while kicking back on the comfortable sofa.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and other amenities to whip up a delicious meal.
The property has two bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed, and the other has a double bed. Both bedrooms are snug and pleasant, with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat has been professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This prime location puts you right in the heart of the city, close to many of its top attractions, including the Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, World Museum, Cavern Club, Liverpool Cathedral, Museum of Liverpool, The Beatles Story, The Liverpool Waterfront, and Maritime Museum. Our trendy neighborhood offers plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from, including The Richard John Blackler - JD Wetherspoon, Alma De Cuba, Panoramic 34, The Shipping Forecast, San Carlo, and The Monro.
We offer comfortable and affordable accommodation in a great location, perfect for exploring all that Liverpool has to offer.
The neighborhood is great, with both families and students. It’s a very safe area, never experienced anything criminal.
There is a Tesco express close by, that is open until late.
The Liverpool Lime Street station is only a 10-minute walk away, and the James Street station is 1.2 km away. The Hamilton Square station is also nearby, making it easy to get around the city.
Please note the lift is out of service - the property is on the 4th floor via stairs.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Please ensure all windows and doors are locked upon your departure.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
