MARIBEL is a very well presented three bedroom and two bathroom townhouse situated in a secure gated community with swimming pool & off road parking in Doña Pepa, Ciudad Quesada.

The property is very well situated being within only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Quesada where you will find an amazing array of amenities (supermarkets, many bars, restaurants, shops…) as well as only 5 minutes walk to an other commercial area with plenty other amenities.
The main level consists of a large living/dining room, separate kitchen with access to the rear garden with BBQ (Barbecue) & a storage/laundry room, a double bedroom and full bathroom with shower. Fiber Optic Internet/WiFi is available free of charge for guests!
The first floor consists of two good size double bedrooms and a family bathroom with corner bath/shower, both bedrooms have access to their own private terrace, the master bedroom’s terrace overlooks the communal swimming pool and gardens.
The blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only 5 minutes drive away and the airports of Alicante & Murcia are both around 35 minutes away.
