Hampstead tube station provides quick and easy access to the rest of the city and its many more attractions and hot spots.

Welcome to your home away from home; a comfortable and well-connected entire house in a prime location in London.

The real highlight of the home is that it is a 19th-century beautiful village cottage in the beautiful Hampstead within 5 minutes walk from the underground and Hampstead Heath.

Picture yourself relaxing in the living area, with its tasteful decor and cosy feel. Whether you’re spending your time chilling out with friends, working from home, or you’re coming back after a long day of exploring the city, you can take the weight off your feet and make yourself at home!

In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sitting around the dining table.

The master bedroom has a super comfortable king bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. The second bedroom has a small double bed with a TV.

You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. Towels and toiletries will be provided.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.
Other things to note
DURING YOUR STAY
* The property is accessed over 3 floors, ground, 1st, and second and it is unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.
* Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
