About the host

Host profile image
Originally from Bristol, I currently live in South East London with my husband and two kids. Having always enjoyed hospitality and travelling, setting up a holiday let is a dream come true.

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to Whitstable for almost 20 years now. This little coastal town always offers something new to explore each time I come. I don’t think I have yet found all 25 of the historic alleys linking the beach to the town.

It’s important to me that every guest feels at home as soon as they arrive. When I go somewhere new, I want to explore the beating heart of it - the places people go back to time and again. And this is what I strive to offer guests - fast-track entry into what makes Whitstable and Tankerton special to me.

What makes this property unique

When I stay in a holiday rental or hotel, I always notice the little luxuries - soap that makes me look forward to washing my hands again; towels that bit bigger and softer than the ones at home; an immaculate bed that I didn’t make myself. As an adult, these little touches are what get me excited about a holiday home. I hope that you will get a little buzz of excitement and feel that you are being well taken care of at The Whitstable Sandpiper.
