The apartment is good and the complex overall is nice and tidy except for the pool. The pool was not cleaned for a week.
The advertising for the property is misleading and false. It is advertised with images of the swimming pools from the Jardinana Azelea which has 3 pools and a jacuzzi and is much more luxurious pool area. This complex, the Jardinana Lotus has 1 pool and a jacuzzi. I wanted to stay at the Azalea as I have done twice previously. This needs changing with updated images of the pool.
The handover of keys was terrible and cost us 30euros in extra taxi fees as we arrived in the time between 4pm and 7pm at Faro Homes as instructed, which is when they say they only do check ins but the office was closed at 5pm. You had to ring them and it took 10 mins for someone to come and was really unprofessional and there were no handover notes for wifi, location of the property etc.
Within an hour of being at the property, the lock on the main door broke and we had to oversee the locksmith attending. In the 2 week stay, the door was never fixed as the owner / agent did not want to pay for it so we had a catch on the door only to secure it rather than the 10 bolt locks. It says in the apartment that you are to secure the door with all locks at all times.
You do not get any manual for the property for wifi codes, air con etc so you have to work it out yourself and you only get 1 set of keys for 5 adults so it restricts when and where you can go. i wont be going back.
