Beautiful one bedroom apartment with 2 privated terraces located in an exclusive area of ​​Cordoba, very close to the city center. It is located in a new building with 8 luxurious quality apartments and an exceptional community pool open from April 1 to November 1, as well as a private garage in the building.

Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads to the spacious living-dining room. It is a very bright room as it has direct access to two private terraces. The first has views of the building’s communal pool and has outdoor furniture. To access the second, which is larger, there are some small stairs from the living room and also has outdoor furniture. The living room has a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed, side table, Smart TV and dining table with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils.

Returning to the entrance, we find the bedroom on the right, with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and a built-in wardrobe. This bedroom overlooks one of the terraces.

The apartment also has a large bathroom with shower, located next to the bedroom.

The building has a community pool open from March to November for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment.

The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of ​​Cordoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. The historic center of Cordoba is only 2 km away, and can be easily reached by public transport since there is a bus stop very close to the apartment.
