Excellent One Bedroom Apartment for contractors that comes with a compact, equipped with all-you-need essentials.

It's self-catered apartment with exclusive use of back garden, lounge, kitchenette and shower room added to the flat.

The lounge fully equipped with the sofa bed and 2 inch Smart TV for your convenience.

In the kitchen you have the full use of the, microwave-grill, toaster, electric kettle, small fridge/freezer, cutleries, crockeries, plates, cups, wine glasses, cleaning products, and kitchen towels.

In the shower room it's fully equipped with guest toiletries, hairdryer and bath matt.

We carry out housekeeping at the end of your stay however, for longer stays (min 10 nights) we carry them out every week pre-arranging the day with you.

Communal areas like corridor and front of the property is fully secured with 24/7 CCTV cameras for your health and safety.

Property has a FREE WiFi with a speed of up to 400 MBPS.

Private Parking is available only for maximum 4 cars and FREE parking nearby streets.
Luxury Shirley Apartments offers high quality 7 flats in one property near central of Southampton 5 mins walk from Southampton Central Train Station. Each flat features brand new beds from double bed to single beds, sofa bed, kitchenette and shower room that have been refurbished to high quality standards. Each flat can accommodate from 1 up to 4 people depending on the requirement and a type of guest requiring accommodation. We can accommodate contractors to each flat up to 11 people as they don't require sharing a divan bed as flats contain sofa beds at a high quality standard.

The apartment contain 4 studios and 3 -1 Bedroom Flats.

Each flat is furnished with high quality furniture's and the bed linens are made from Satin Hotel style bed linen.

Each flat contain Smart TV with FREEVIEW and NETFLIX and are located in the lounge/kitchenette for one bedroom flats.

In the kitchenette we have brand new kettle, toaster, microwave with grill, stove cupboards, crockeries & cutleries, pans, Washing Machine, cleaning products for your use.

Each flat contain either dining tables or study desks for students and contractors depending on which flat you will be staying in.

In the shower room we have a toilet, a washing basin and a shower unit.

For this property we offer parking for up to 4 cars depending on the size of the car however, for others there are nearby streets for FREE parking available.

You can also try and get a parking permit as we do not offer them. We do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage to your car, parking fines or any other issues arising with your car. We simple provide high quality serviced accommodation.
