Barn Owls is conveniently situated within Stoneleigh Holiday Village on the beautiful East Devon coast, surrounded by rolling hills, woodland and coastal walks in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.. 2 steps to entrance.

Private car park. No smoking.. Barn Owls Holiday Bungalow is a cosy and comfortably furnished two-bedroom self-catering property situated within Stoneleigh Holiday Village nearby to the Regency seaside town of Sidmouth. This property is a superb base for a family of four or a couple looking to explore the Donkey Sanctuary which is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. As you enter this mid terraced bungalow via a set of patio doors, you will head into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring Devon. The kitchen is well equipped for any chef. The compact fold-out dining table provides a great space to enjoy a home-cooked meal and the living area is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa and a 30” Smart TV with Freeview. The outdoor communal garden is a real suntrap with a picnic table outside each property and it is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst planning your adventurous day ahead. As the evening draws to a close, drift off to sleep within one of the two well-presented bedrooms. The first has a kingsize bed and the other has a triple bunk bed with a single over the double (suitable for children). The modern family bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet and sink.
Barn Owls is ideal for wildlife enthusiasts and walkers, as it is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a short walk to the Jurassic Coastline where you can take in the beautiful views which stretch for 95 miles with over 185 million years of history. Sidmouth is a beautiful coastal town with a regency feel, ideal for visitors of all ages. You’ll struggle to fit everything into one visit to this cosy property and you will certainly want to stay time and time again!
