A pleasant and peaceful holiday accommodation in a lovely forest area right next to a small lake. The cottage is secluded and beautifully nestled in the woods and with a view of part of the small Gårdsjön. Here you experience the peace and quiet and the generous lot has everything you want for all the family's activities. A perfect accommodation for the nature lover and families with children. The older part of the cabin has a toilet with a washing machine. The kitchen is quite small but has all the equipment. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa group and dining table. A wood-burning stove gives you pleasant warmth if the evenings are a bit rough. There is a TV with chromecast, but no channels. The bedroom here has a double bed (140cm wide). From the living room is the exit to a spacious glazed conservatory. In a newer part of the cottage, there is a large bright bedroom with two single beds and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. From the bedroom there is a large glass partition with double doors. Here you wake up and go to sleep with a feeling of being in nature. From the front of the cottage you have a lovely view of the small lake. The plot is large and slightly hilly, but fenced with a fence and gate. Excellent for those holidaying with dogs. There is a very special little terrace with an adorable view of the lake. From the outside of the plot along the edge of the forest, you only have a short walk to the small boat mooring. Here you can fish from the jetty or row out into the lake with the small boat. Gårdsjön has both perch and pike. Fishing is free. In the forest around the cottage there are several lovely walking paths. The nature with its lakes is very nice and there is plenty of game on the beat, even moose are seen from time to time. Örkelljunga has everything you need in its pleasant town centre. A good range of shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Wittsjö golf club. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few miles north, at Markaryd, is the moose park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family. On the other side of Hallandsåsen is Vallåsen's ski resort in winter. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla Peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and places to eat. A short drive away is Ängelholm's beautiful town with nice little shops, the beautiful local park and its long beach.
