Beautiful penthouse in a lovely area with Cala d'Or's wonderful atmosphere.
From the living room there is direct access to a large balcony with lounge sofa, dining area and lovely view. Directly above the apartment, there is access to a large private roof terrace, where the sun can be enjoyed all day. The apartment is in a closed area, access only for those who live there. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the Marina with several wonderful restaurants, bars, jet skis and boat rentals, the beautiful beaches of Cala d'Or are only 15 minutes' walk away.
