Luxurious Black Bear Condo is just a short two-minute walk to The Silver Lake Lodge in Upper Deer Valley. The condo sleeps 6, has 3 full bathrooms, and is professionally decorated. Features a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed. Open area kitchen/family room is a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes!

The condo underwent some upgrades in the spring of 2020. There is newer carpeting throughout, fresh paint, new washer/dryer, ceiling fans, plumbing fixtures among other items. 2 BATHROOMS COMPLETELY REMODELED IN SPRING 2023.

Ground floor provides easy access in and out without need for elevator. Access from garage requires one flight of stairs or quick elevator ride. 1 dedicated parking spot included with 7'6" clearance.

Black Bear Lodge is considered one of the nicest “luxury properties” in Deer Valley's finest region, Silver Lake Village. This condo is only a two minute walk (250 paces to be exact!) to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge, ski lifts, ticket office, ski school, restaurants, and shops. The lodge has a year-round outdoor swimming pool, BBQ grill, community hot tub (in addition to the condo’s private hot tub) and exercise room. The lodge also provides underground heated parking and is located on the Park City bus route.

Nice DV Experience

The Black Bear Lodge is just across the street from a shortcut through the Auberge to the slopes. It worked out great for our teenagers. Unit owners were super easy to deal with and we would stay here again.

Black Bear 109

Great location just a short walk to the mid-mountain base area/lifts. Kids had fun in the pool/hot tubs. Beds are all comfortable and we had everything we needed. Updated bathrooms are a nice bonus too. Kitchen supplies are in good shape and all appliances worked great. We have stayed in other units at Black Bear Lodge and this has been the nicest.

Fantastic place!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location and great furniture and beds! Easy access to skiing, very clean and the explanations and information were perfect! The televisions should be updated to more modern televisions (or at least have the ability to log in streaming services), and the Wi-Fi did not work well in the bedrooms.Would most certainly stay again!

Outstanding Mountain Location

Staying at this mountain condo in Deer Valley was a magical experience, surrounded by breathtaking views and serene natural beauty. The cozy condo was steps away from the resort, lifts, restaurants, shopping, and offered luxurious amenities. Every moment was perfect, making it a memorable and rejuvenating vacation away from the city.

This place has all the bells and whistles and more! This is by far one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed at. More towels than we could have asked for, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, all our kitchen needs were met, enough space for everyone to escape, everything worked, everything was spotless! We couldn’t have asked for better’s accommodations. Thank you for making it such an easy, relaxing, beautiful place to go to. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to play again in Park City, I will be looking for this place again!!! The kids LOVED it!

We came back for a second stay!

We stayed at this condo three years ago and our kids have been begging to return ever since! We used the private hot tub every night, cooked our meals in the well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed the recently remodeled bathrooms. The ski lift is across the street. We like to hike up the mountain and ride the lift down for free. I can only imagine what a great location this condo is for the winter season. I'm sure we will be back in the future for another stay!

Deer Valley Experience

3 Minute Walk to the Silver Lake Lodge, Sterling Express High Speed Chair, and Ski Valet. Awesome furnishings, very clean, GREAT unit for family or group of friends. Easy access to Park City, but truly don't need to leave the mountain!

Just spent a wonderful week at this condo. Great location! Easy walk to the Sterling Express and Homesteak lifts and some really nice restaurants for lunch and/or dinner. Unit was very clean. Just Perfect

The condo is just perfect for a family ski trip to Deer Valley. 2 minute walk to the lift/ski storage, spacious for a family, fully stocked kitchen for family meals, heated parking garage with a reserved spot when you need to go out (which is rare) and the hot tub is awesome after a day on the slopes. We’ve already stayed twice and looking forward to rebooking for next year.

Fun week exploring the area!

Alex was extremely responsive and PMI did a great job answering questions regarding parking. We learned the garage has a height limit of 7’6” so leave the big rigs at home :) Overall a great stay!

Perfect mid mountain location

Black Bear lodge is a very convenient location, offering easy access to the slopes and dining options within walking distance. The shuttle service is also extremely convenient. This is the third time we have stayed at Black Bear.

Best location you could ask for!

Our family of 5 loved this condo! It was spacious and comfortable. We loved the underground parking and first floor entrance which made unloading easy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bedroom mattresses were very comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well. The location was extremely close to Silver Lake amenities, ski valet and ski rentals and lifts that take you up and down the mountains. I loved having my own hot tub after skiing all day. The management company and owner were very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend and we will be back!

Wonderful stay at Black Bear Lodge

We just returned from a 9 night stay in this condo, which we found to be exactly as described and pictured. We've stayed in Black Bear Lodge several times, and this was our favorite unit so far. The first floor location makes it easy to come and go, and the oversized patio was lovely to have (and I imagine would be really gorgeous in the summer). The condo is a short walk to Silver Lake Lodge, making it an easy process at the beginning and end of the ski day (highly recommend taking advantage of the free ski/boot overnight storage). The owner reached out directly before our stay to answer questions and he was friendly, honest, and I have no doubt would have responded personally to any problems during our stay (we had none). Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

Jill and I live in Chicago but love to get out to Deer Valley a few times a year for winter and summer fun. We purchased the Black Bear condo in order to make things more convenient while traveling and to provide a nice place to stay for families and groups of friends trying to do the same.

Why they chose this property

When the locals claim to have 'the greatest snow on earth', they aren't exaggerating. We also appreciate the convenience of the condo being only a short 45 minute drive from the SLC airport. And then there is the whole Deer Valley experience; from the meticulously groomed trails to the outstanding service on the mountain, you get spoiled quickly when you ski Deer Valley.

We chose to buy a condo in Black Bear Lodge because of :
1. The location in Silver Lake Village. It's such a serene little escape mid-mountain yet just a short drive to all there is to do on Main Street and other locations in Park City.
2. Proximity to the slopes. Walk out the door of the condo and in just 250 steps, you are at the Silver Lake lift.
3. The amenities of the Lodge. Black Bear is a great place to stay. It has underground/heated parking, a fitness room, and heated swimming pool (in addition to the condo's own private hot tub), barbecue grill, etc. Another important aspect is the attention to detail by the property manager. The property is always kept clean and in good repair.

What makes this property unique

While it is a very comfortable place for an all adult group to stay, it was furnished with families in mind. The bunk beds and TV in the second bedroom make it a great place for kids to hang out after a day on the slopes while mom and dad relax in front of the fire. We also like that our unit is is on ground level. This allows kids to play outside in the grassy area and trees bordering the patio AND, there's no lugging heavy ski equipment up the stairs!

Having three full baths is a real advantage for large groups as there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready at the same time.

We've tried to add all of the conveniences necessary for our guests to feel that the condo is a home away from home during their time in Deer Valley. We have furnished the kitchen with the utensils, appliances and basic ingredients needed to cook meals, laundry supplies are furnished as are some common toiletries - just in case there was something you forgot to pack. The comfort and convenience of our guests' is our primary concern.
